Water Regulations Certificate BPEC/WRAS

Under the Water Regulations, 1999 owners and occupiers of premises, which have a public, water supply (mains) connections and anyone who installs or alters such plumbing systems have a legal duty to comply with the regulations or they may face prosecution for a criminal offence if they fail to do so. Adema UK Ltd. is able to implement the Water Regulations 1999 competently, not only in new installation work, but also to ensure we are able to recognise and rectify any contraventions we may come across in existing systems.

Part P

From the 1st January 2005 all people carrying out electrical work in homes and gardens in England and Wales will have to follow the new rules in the Building Regulations set by the government. All new installations, additions or alterations, must be carried out by a competent person who is registered with one of the scheme providers that has been approved by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (OPDM) to administer such schemes. Adema UK Ltd. are fully accredited and registered to certify all electrical work to the required Part P regulations. You will receive a certificate for all electrical work carried out by Adema UK Ltd.which is essential should you decide to sell your house in the future.
